Kelsey Hunter MA, BCBA, LBS

Kelsey Hunter is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) with almost 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), intellectual disabilities and severe behavior disorders. 


Kelsey is a skilled clinician that prides herself on her ability to provide meaningful connection, honesty and values based interventions to the individuals and families she works with. She aims to provide therapeutic support through a trauma informed, neurodiverse affirming (NDA) lens to caregivers, parents, and siblings who have loved ones with social learning differences. 


Having held several leadership roles focusing on training and coaching, Kelsey is also passionate about providing high quality supervision and mentorship to those who are seeking BCBA certification. She is currently offering individual supervision and fieldwork to individuals who are looking for comprehensive skill development in all areas of the BACB 5th edition task list.


Kelsey currently holds a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from West Chester University. She received her BCBA certification in 2017 and her LBS license in 2023. Kelsey specializes in the areas of ASD, ID, ADHD, trauma, and ACT.


Services Kelsey offers:

  • Parent/Caregiver Coaching & Consultation: Our licensed BCBA provides specialized guidance for parents/caregivers by helping them to collaborate as a team, implement effective behavioral strategies tailored to their family's needs, equipping parents with insights and tools to navigate challenges, foster positive behaviors, and strengthen family dynamics.

  • BCBA Supervision and Consultation: Offering professional support and supervision for other BCBAs and professionals, aiding in skill development and consultation to enhance practice in the field.

  • Virtual Social Skills Support Group for Neurodivergent Young Adults (Ages 18-30) : This group is a supportive space for individuals to practice and enhance interpersonal skills, with guidance tailored to help them navigate real-life social settings confidently.
