Having a strong sense of self, finding balance, and building a fulfilling life are meaningful yet complex pursuits. These themes are often the starting points of our conversation and our work together.
Sometimes, it can feel as if we’re waiting for the world to pause so we can catch up and finally align all the pieces. Yet, these pauses rarely provide the tools, insights, or support we need, leaving us wondering, "What else is there?"
As an experienced clinician, I offer a diverse range of therapeutic approaches for individuals and couples. At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to the therapeutic relationship, emphasizing authenticity, trust, and collaboration. This partnership becomes a space for genuine exploration and growth.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and hold certification in Psychiatric Recovery for Severe Mental Illness. I am most passionate about helping clients build a resilient internal relationship, one that fosters self-trust and confidence to navigate life’s challenges.
My specializations include attachment and relationships, identity development, body image and binge eating disorders, sexuality, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and trauma, including Complex PTSD. My therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic, person-centered, somatic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and existential perspectives. I am also trained in the Gottman approach for couples therapy.

I look forward to being a person to support you along your journey.
